The session was attended by Eng. Haider Al-Athari, President of the Najaf Chamber of Commerce; Falah Al-Jubouri, Director of the Entrepreneurship Department at the Federation of Chambers of Commerce; and Radwan Al-Ramahi, Founder of Co Space for Business.
The symposium addressed several topics, including the foundations of entrepreneurship, funding requirements, and success stories of entrepreneurial projects, with the goal of fostering a culture of entrepreneurship among young people and exchanging expertise to create a promising business environment in the governorate.
Engineer Haider Al-Athari, head of the Chamber, said that young people have an opportunity to enter the private sector instead of waiting for a government job. He spoke about the importance of consulting with specialists before starting a project and expressed the Chamber’s willingness to provide the necessary facilities to register their projects.
Mr. Falah Al-Jubouri reviewed a number of activities of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and the chambers of commerce in the governorates to support entrepreneurs. Mr. Radwan Al-Ramahi also explained the establishment of the Co Space business project, the most prominent challenges facing the founders, and the services his project provides to the entrepreneurial community in Najaf.
