The chairman of the Najaf Chamber of Commerce received Engineer Haider Al-Athari for the production of electrical and household appliances.
Al-Athari spoke about the assets that Najaf province possesses, stressing the importance of investing in the industrial field by building factories, production lines and assembly inside the province instead of exporting to benefit from tax and customs exemptions, as well as the advantages enjoyed by the province from the availability of vast areas at relatively affordable prices and manpower with the geographical location that covers the center and south.
For their part, the representatives of the Turkish company expressed their interest in Najaf and raised a number of technical inquiries regarding manufacturing factories and production lines and will make a field visit to a number of factories in the province.
The meeting was attended by a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, Mr. Hamed Al-Ramahi.
