The chairman of the Najaf Chamber of Commerce, Engineer Haider Al-Athari, met with the President of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Mines, Mr. Amir Kishani, in the presence of members of the board of directors of the Isfahan Chamber, Dr. Munir Al-Jaifari and Engineer Hazem Al-Haidari.
Al-Athari referred to the opportunities to strengthen trade relations between the two provinces in order to achieve economic development and integration.
And face the obstacles to trade exchange through partnerships and the establishment of factories inside Iraq.
The head of the Isfahan Chamber spoke about the specificity of Najaf for Isfahan and provided an overview of the industry in Isfahan in the fields of iron, chemicals and medicine.
At the end of the meeting, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen trade relations between Iraq and Iran and develop mutual cooperation, which included exchanging trade and investment delegations, facilitating joint projects, cooperating in organizing exhibitions and conferences, and removing obstacles to the growth and flow of trade and business between the two sides.
