The Chairman of the Chamber, Engineer Haider Al-Athari, representing the President of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, opens the International Trade and Arbitration Forum and launches the work of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Iraq.
The achievement, which crowned the efforts of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce that lasted for more than two years to communicate and work jointly with the International Chamber in Paris, would support Iraqi companies and link them to business communities and international companies, develop the business environment and attract investments, as well as avoid the disadvantages of foreign commercial arbitration and strengthen the position of Iraqi contracting parties, both public and private, in all commercial disputes.
