Trade and Investment Attaché at the Pakistani Embassy in Amman visits the Chamber

The Chairman of the Najaf Chamber of Commerce met with the Attaché of Trade and Investment at the Pakistani Embassy in Amman, Saad Ahmed Khattak, and talked about Iraqi-Pakistani trade relations and ways to enhance them. Engineer Haider Al-Athari, President of the Chamber, said that there is excellence in a number of Pakistani products, especially agricultural equipment, fabrics and building materials, calling for providing a list of the most important Pakistani manufacturers and exporters to be available to Iraqi traders.
The Pakistani Commercial Attaché spoke about the importance of Iraq’s trade and investment, inviting specialized traders to participate in the Texpo Textile and Leather Exhibition in Karachi for the period October 23-25, 2024, with the participation of 200 Pakistani specialized companies.
He also pointed out that next year will witness the opening of a commercial office at the Embassy of Pakistan in Baghdad, expressing his readiness to provide the service of verification of Pakistani companies to Iraqi traders by simply addressing the commercial attaché and inquiring about the name of the company concerned.
